What is CBD?

CBD (cannabidiol) is a natural substance derived from plants found in hemp. In recent years, it has attracted attention all over the world, and has even become a hot topic in Japan.

Is Willow’s CBD safe?

All CBD raw materials used in Willow's products have been analyzed for safety by an ISO-certified third-party organization, and have been proven to be 99% CBD pure, as well as being free of the prohibited ingredient THC.

We have submitted these documents to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and we use safe and secure CBD that has been officially cleared by customs.

Can CBD be used by minors?

Although there are no legal age restrictions, please refrain from using this product on infants and toddlers.
Also, please refrain from using it before driving or if you are pregnant.

How do you use CBD oil?

The most recommended way to use it is to take it directly from a dropper. Drop the CBD oil onto your tongue from the included dropper, roll it around in your mouth for a while, and then swallow.
You can also mix it with drinks such as coffee or carbonated drinks to make CBD drinks, or consume it over meals such as salads.

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping fee is 300 yen nationwide. Free for orders over 5,500 yen including tax.

Can I return or exchange the item?

If the product is defective, we will only accept returns and refunds if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept any returns due to customer's convenience.
Please prepare an image (the entire product and an enlarged image of the defect) that can prove the defect and send it to Willow's official LINE from the chat screen.
